Our Warranty / Return Policy

All of our plastic rain barrels and handcrafted bourbon barrel bottle openers come with a lifetime warranty against defects and free returns. This includes holes, gouges, cracked lids and barrels, missing spigots, and any other significant damage to barrel making it unusable. The one exclusion to this warranty pertains to damage from misuse, i.e. not properly maintaining the rain barrel during winter months (winterization) you will receive one complimentary warranty claim for a replacement due to this reason. After that we will not honor a replacement if you forget to properly open or close your spigot when temperatures fall below freezing causing your barrel to crack. All other causes of damage whether they are from direct physical damage caused by nature, humans, or wildlife and/or wear and tear are covered under the warranty.

We ask all customers who are seeking a return or making a warranty claim to send us pictures as the first step to start the process.

If the spigot is missing the first step is to use a spigot repair kit we send out free of charge. This is available to all customers as a courtesy. If the spigot issue isn’t resolved we will send a replacement rain barrel free of charge, no need to send back the other damaged barrel usually we allow you to keep it and re-purpose or recycle it!

If you have parts missing from your order we will send them out free of charge.

Our return policy for all of our other products is basically the same, if it doesn’t function as described, we’ll take it back no questions ask. All other issues send to us via the email below.
